THIRD SPACE* Studio is an art and research-led interdisciplinary architecture practice. We establish our theoretical standpoint amongst our post-modern and post-colonial predecessors, as one of dialogue, mediation and hybridity.

Graphic and artwork design produced in collaboration with Turki Harbi, Taha Baageel and the Crowdless store.

Artwork for the Crowdless store in Jeddah is printed on their retail bag.

Crows are a common sight in Jeddah, a city located on the western coast of Saudi Arabia. They are part of the larger ecosystem in the city and can be seen throughout the year.

Crows can serve as a powerful metaphor for the importance of unity and collaboration in our own lives. Whether it is in our personal relationships, our communities, or in society at large, the power of unity can help us overcome challenges and achieve great things. This can help foster a sense of community and shared purpose.

Just as crows use their voices to communicate and coordinate, Crowdless seeks to use fashion and art as a way to facilitate conversations, build relationships and curate culture together. Whether it is through a shared appreciation for the unique designs or a conversation sparked by a piece of clothing, we hope to bring people closer together and celebrate the power of unity.

Just like these intelligent birds, we believe that the power of unity is the key to success. So come join our flock, and let the crows inspire you to celebrate and collaborate.

In celebrating the unique and artistic culture of Crowdless, THIRD SPACE* Studio and Taha Baageel have collaborated in producing an artwork that represents unity.

The artwork is a three-dimensional and architectural representation of the Crowdless space, an institution of cultural and artistic exchanges.

The artwork distorts the brutalist architecture of the Crowdless store, and brings new life to its architectural language.
